- 4 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons whole milk, warm
- 0.5 cup mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons honey, divided
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract, pure
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 0.33 cup sesame seeds, white and/or black, mixed
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 0.125 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced, for garnish

Make sesame tuiles: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment. Mix sesame seeds, melted butter, brown sugar, and salt. Drop 1-inch spoonfuls 2 inches apart, flatten slightly.
