Ingredients

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
