Ingredients

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 head bok choy, stems and leaves chopped separately
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Szechuan chili sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups jasmine rice, cooked according to package
