Ginger Sesame Beef and Broccoli Bowls

Tender beef and crisp broccoli in a savory ginger sesame sauce, served over fluffy brown rice for a healthy and satisfying family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, sesame oil, and garlic. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours).

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned on the edges but still pink in the center. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
