- 2 cups brown rice, cooked
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 4 whole green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 cup peas, frozen

In a large skillet, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Toss to coat the beef and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
