Brazilian Picanha Steak Skewers with Chimichurri

Juicy grilled picanha steak skewers marinated in a bold Brazilian-inspired chimichurri sauce, served with a vibrant tropical fruit salad.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs picanha steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

In a large bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Add the steak cubes and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.

In a separate bowl, mix the mango, pineapple, red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
