Cheesy Meatball Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef, lean
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 medium carrot, grated
• 2 cups spinach, chopped
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 jar marinara sauce
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 8 ounces pasta, your choice

   In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, carrot, spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, and garlic. Mix well until fully incorporated.
