Citrusy Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cups jasmine rice, cooked
- 2 tbsp scallions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
