Fiery Brazilian Steak Skewers

Tender steak skewers marinated in a zesty Brazilian-inspired spice blend, served with vibrant chimichurri sauce and roasted sweet potato wedges.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

In a large bowl, combine the steak cubes, 3 tbsp olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes, and 1/2 tsp salt. Toss to coat the steak. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss the sweet potato wedges with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and lightly browned.
