Ginger-Garlic Beef Noodle Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz fresh udon noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional, for adults
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Toss to coat the beef evenly.
