Honey Balsamic Chicken Stir-Fry with Garlic Noodles

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 8 oz whole wheat linguine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

In a large bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with 1 tbsp sesame oil.
