Ingredients
- 2 fillets (6 oz each) salmon fillets, skin-on, room temperature before cooking
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, full-fat, plain
- 2 tbsp tandoori spice blend, or combine: 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3/4 cup basmati rice, uncooked
- 1.5 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped, divided
- 8 oz broccolini, fresh, trimmed
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 wedges lime wedges, for serving

In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, tandoori spice blend, minced ginger, garlic, and 1 tbsp lime juice to create tandoori paste.

Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Spread tandoori paste evenly over both fillets, coating thoroughly. Let sit 10 minutes.
