- 12 whole large eggs, room temperature for creamier texture
- 8 slices prosciutto slices, high-quality Italian
- 8 oz burrata cheese, room temperature
- 4 tbsp butter, divided
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano, or 1 tsp dried
- 2 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp heavy cream, for creaminess
- 1 tsp sea salt, to taste
- 0.5 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 0.5 tsp lemon zest, optional garnish
- 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
