Ingredients
- 0.75 cup unsweetened coconut milk, full-fat, canned, well-shaken
- 0.25 cup unsweetened oat milk, room temperature
- 1.5 tsp matcha powder, culinary grade
- 1 tbsp black sesame paste, unsweetened
- 1.5 tsp agar-agar powder, vegan gelatin alternative
- 2 tsp maple syrup, pure
- 0.25 cup canned adzuki beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 tbsp water, for coulis
- 1.5 tsp brown rice syrup, for adzuki reduction
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds, toasted
- 0.5 tsp white sesame seeds, for garnish
- 1 pinch sea salt, fleur de sel
