Korean Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry Bowls

Tender marinated beef with crisp veggies and flavorful Korean-inspired sauce, served over fluffy jasmine rice for a quick and wholesome family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots, julienned
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups jasmine rice, cooked according to package

In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
