Korean Bulgogi Beef with Japchae

Tender marinated bulgogi beef paired with sweet and savory japchae noodles, creating a balanced and flavorful Korean-inspired dinner.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 8 oz sweet potato noodles (japchae)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

1. In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
