Moroccan Spiced Lamb Tagine with Chickpea Couscous

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless lamb shoulder, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 (14oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup couscous
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 lemon wedges

In a large pot or dutch oven, brown the lamb over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
