- 1.75 cups low-sodium chicken broth, divided
- 0.5 cup dry green lentils, rinsed
- 0.75 cup San Marzano tomatoes, crushed, no sugar added
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced, divided
- 0.25 medium yellow onion, finely diced
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 6 ounces broccolini, trimmed
- 0.5 teaspoon sea salt, divided
- 0.25 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper, divided
