Ingredients
- 4 6 oz salmon fillets, wild-caught
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp lime zest
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups farro, cooked
- salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss the broccoli florets with 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 18-20 minutes, until broccoli is tender and lightly charred.
