- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups cauliflower florets

- 2 cups quinoa, cooked
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 lime wedges, for serving
