This flavorful Japanese-inspired dinner features seared tuna coated in a ginger-sesame glaze, paired with roasted broccoli and a refreshing quinoa salad. It's an easy, high-protein meal that supports GLP-1 medication.

- 4 tuna steaks, 4 oz each
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss the broccoli florets with 1 tbsp olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and lightly browned.
