Seared Miso-Glazed Salmon with Edamame and Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets, 4-6 oz portions
- 2 tbsp Miso paste, white or yellow miso
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup Quinoa, dry, cooked according to package
- 1 cup Edamame, shelled, cooked
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp Scallions, sliced
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
