Seared Salmon with Roasted Sweet Potato and Asparagus

- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil, for roasting and searing
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender.

In a large skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
