- 1.5 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 lb bok choy, chopped
- 2 cups jasmine rice, cooked according to package
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat the beef evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
