- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
