Spicy Moroccan Chicken Stew with Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 15oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
- 1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes, no-salt-added
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups frozen cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
