Teriyaki Beef Rice Bowls

Tender beef in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, served over fluffy brown rice with fresh veggies. A family-friendly, weeknight-friendly dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked according to package
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add the cubed steak and toss to coat.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the steak and marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the steak is browned and cooked through.
