Ingredients

- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup frozen shelled edamame
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional, for spice
