- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 8 oz snap peas
- 2 medium carrots, julienned
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

1. In a large resealable bag, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add the pork tenderloin, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
