Zesty Brazilian Picanha Steak Skewers with Black Bean Rice Bowls

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs picanha steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup brown rice, dry, cooked according to package
- 1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 diced avocado
- 4 lime wedges

In a medium bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add the steak cubes and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
