Zesty Korean Beef and Veggie Stir-Fry Bowls

A vibrant stir-fry with tender marinated beef, crisp-tender veggies, and flavorful Korean-inspired sauce, served over fluffy brown rice.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked according to package
- 3 cups broccoli florets, bite-sized
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1/2 tbsp grated ginger. Toss to coat the beef and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned on the edges but still pink in the center. Remove the beef to a plate.
