Citrus Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry with Edamame Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked
- 1 cup frozen edamame, shelled
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
