- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 granny smith apples, cored and cut into wedges
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
