- 1.25 cups whole milk
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted
- 1.5 cups fresh cherries, pitted (or frozen)
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar, divided (3 + 1)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp butter, for greasing pan
- 0.75 cup Greek yogurt, plain, full-fat
- 2 tbsp honey, for cream
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract, for cream
- 0.25 tsp almond extract, for cream (optional)
