Ginger Garlic Beef Bulgogi Bowls

Tender beef simmered in a savory-sweet Korean-inspired sauce, served over fluffy bulgogi and fresh veggies for a family-friendly global dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup bulgogi sauce, store-bought or homemade
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked
- 2 medium carrots, julienned
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 4 whole green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

In a large skillet or wok, combine the sliced steak, bulgogi sauce, garlic, and ginger. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until the beef is cooked through and the sauce has thickened, about 8-10 minutes.
