- 4 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar

- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 scallions, sliced
