- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
