Korean Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Tender beef and crisp broccoli in a savory-sweet Korean bulgogi sauce, served over fluffy white rice for a delicious family-friendly meal.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 3 cups broccoli florets, bite-sized pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups white rice, cooked

In a large bowl, combine the sliced steak, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Toss to coat. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
