Korean Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups white rice, cooked

In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Toss to coat the beef and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
