Korean Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Tender marinated beef and crisp broccoli in a savory-sweet Korean-inspired sauce, served over fluffy jasmine rice for a family-friendly weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets, bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups jasmine rice, uncooked
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 green onions, sliced

1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

2. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the jasmine rice, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
