Korean Bulgogi Beef Bowls with Ginger-Garlic Broccoli

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cups white rice, cooked
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
- 2 tsp sesame seeds

In a large skillet or wok, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Add the sauce to the cooked beef and stir to coat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
