Korean Bulgogi Beef Bowls with Sesame Broccoli

Tender, savory bulgogi beef over fluffy white rice with crisp sesame broccoli - a family-friendly Korean fusion dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked
- 3 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 green onions, sliced

In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Add the sliced flank steak and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is cooked through and slightly charred.
