Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups white rice, cooked
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks, until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
