Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
• 2 quarts vanilla ice cream
