- 4 cups cauliflower florets, fresh or frozen
- 1.5 cups bulgur, dry, uncooked

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 lemon wedges, for serving
