Ingredients

- 1.75 cups unsweetened plant-based milk, almond or oat milk preferred
- 100 grams tempeh, cut into 0.5-inch cubes
- 3 whole Medjool dates, pitted and halved
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
- 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
- 0.25 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
- 1.5 tablespoons natural almond butter, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, for cooking
- 4 leaves fresh mint, for garnish
