- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
