- 2 cans (15 oz each) Canned white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Diced tomatoes, no sugar added
- 8 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 3 tbsp Olive oil, divided
- 1 cup Chicken broth, low-sodium
- 3 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
- 1 tsp Sea salt, to taste
