- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 5 cups spinach, fresh
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
