- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
